Geisli is a 5-year old, beautiful, friendly and people loving gelding with an interesting lineage and a lot of potential. He was broken gently and with a lot of breaks and is now for about 4 months under the saddle. He grew up in our herd on the huge and diverse pastures of Geirastaðir. He was taken up into the mountains as near horse and running free in the herd on our riding tours, which is why he is extremely sure-footed, persistent, well mannered in the herd, and well prepared for his future as a riding horse.
His spirit is very enjoyable: he proceeds busy and brave, while being relaxed, reliable and well controllable, as well on his own as in a group. He is fine and soft in the mouth, but has only been ridden on slack reins. He is very easy to handle: leading, lunging, shooing and loading him into a trailer is no problem at all.
He has good basic paces with a lot of natural tölt, which he already prefers to offer by now.
A real dream horse for leisure riders, maybe even for competition riders.
Geisli is shooed and in training at the moment, if interested affordable accomodation and thorough getting-to-know each other and trying him out is possible.

Price: currently 3600 € or near offer, price will rise with further training.
